The leaks

Three holes in a normal week.

None of these are guesses. Two are published. The third we count in your shop.

1

Dead weekday

A shop doing under $1,000 on a Wednesday went to $2,500 to $3,000 after a fixed-price whole-pie deal. That is $1,500 to $2,000 left on one night: $78,000 to $104,000 a year of gross, on a night the staff is already there. A 20%-off coupon did not do it.

The apps

DoorDash's rate card runs 15, 25 or 30 percent by plan. On $8,000 a month at 25 percent, that is $2,000 a month, $24,000 a year, up to 30% of the ticket, plan-dependent. And they keep the phone number.

The phone at 6:30

Industry counts put unanswered peak-hour calls at about 1 in 3. Eight missed Friday-rush calls, half an order each, $35 ticket: about $140 that night, about $2,400 a month across four rush nights. We don't guess yours. We count it on day 0.

And the apps?

App orders a month $

What gets installed

One service. Twelve pieces. Not a menu of packages.

We put a weekly rhythm on the customers you already have, and we buy you new ones inside a few miles, onto your ordering, not an app.

Your regulars get one reason a week: the dead-night deal, the pie of the week, the game-day pack, the tap when someone goes quiet.

The dead night gets a named offer and a number on the wall.

Ads stay inside a few miles, always with an offer, always to your own ordering. $300 of the fee is that spend, in your accounts.

App customers get moved onto a list you own.

20% off did nothing. A named, fixed-price Wednesday pie moved the night.
The price

$1,500 a month. Month to month.

$300 of that is ad money in your Meta and Google accounts. Net $1,200. No year contract.

$2,000

One month of a mid-tier DoorDash cut on an $8,000 app month is already $2,000.

Half a Friday

If Friday is $2,500, the fee is half of one Friday.

One night

If the dead-night offer adds $1,500 gross on that one night, the fee is paid by that night alone.

From month 2, if tracked orders on the scorecard are under $1,500, that month is free.

Tracked means the text code, the ad onto your ordering, or the win-back tap. Not "the whole shop had a good month."

Who it's for

Independent pizzerias that pick up the phone.

One owner. A counter that answers at the rush. A shop with regulars worth keeping and a slow night worth fixing. Monmouth and Middlesex, New Jersey. Pizza only.

You have been open at least a year and you know your worst night by name.

You want the app customers back on a list you own.

You will approve one text a week and read one page a month. That is the whole job on your side.

We don't replace counter staff. We never touch the register, the phone, or your ordering link.

The first month

Day 0, day 14, day 30.

You see two things after that: one text to approve each week, one page of results each month.

Day 0

We walk the shop

One visit. We pull your last eight weeks and put two numbers on the wall: your worst night and your missed calls.

Day 14

You get the proof page

One page: that night against its baseline, the size of your list, what the first text did.

Day 30

Rhythm on

Weekly rhythm on, ads live, first scorecard in your hand with next month's plan. From here you tap once a week and read once a month.

Month 2

The guarantee starts

Tracked orders under $1,500 on the scorecard and that month is free.

A twenty-minute call

Your worst night and your Friday phone. We tell you if it fits. If it doesn't, we say so.

The walk-through

One visit. You get your two baseline numbers and keep them either way.

Thirty days

Proof page on day fourteen. Scorecard on day thirty. One tap a week from you.
